Vida, filosofia e xadrez

A série Mr Robot continua a surpreender-me!

«Leon: You know, back in the days of enlightment (Iluminismo), motherfuckers used chess as a means of self-improvement.
So what you're playng for, then? If there's no who, then what's the 'what'!? What's it for?

Elliot: Existence...

Leon: Dope! That's some high stakes right there.

Do you dream, Elliot!? Do you want to be here right now!?
(...) I mean here in a cosmic sense, bro.
Like... existence could be beautiful or it could be ugly... that's on you!!

Elliot: How do I know wich one is for me?

Leon: ...dream! You gotta find out the future you're fighting for!
If you like it, then it's beautifull... but if you don't, than you might as well fade right now!»

«Elliot: If I do close my eyes, what is it that I picture years from now?

Ray: Doesn't everyone need to understand that before they're ready to fight for their existence?

Elliot:  The world I've always wanted... and you know what!? ...I would like very much to fight for it!»
